Winnie-the-Pooh
Winnie-the-Pooh is written by A. A. Milne, who in my eyes is a genius. He was able to take a character he built up in his mind and make him the world's most beloved bear! Moreover, through his many tales he was able to teach us all, yes, children and adults both a lot about life, love, loyalty and friendship through his many characters - all friends of Winnie-the-Pooh like: Eeyore, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit, Owl, Kanga and Roo and Christopher Robins.
Each character in the story represents the different types of people that exist on this planet and the core traits they posses that make the who they are. This story written for children is able to simplify some of life's most important and valuable lessons, and show us the beauty in them.
I grew up reading Winni-the-Pooh and still enjoy going through the book from time to time because it is filled with wisdom. This story never gets old, and every time you read it, you learn something new - it has helped me become who I am today. This bear stole my heart with this words, maybe he will steal yours too. So, over the years I made a collection of my favorite quotes from this beautiful story. Here we go then!
* If there ever comes a day when we can't be together keep me in your heart, I'll stay there forever.
* A little consideration, a little thought for others, makes all the difference.
* I used to believe in forever . . . but forever was too good to be true.
* If you live to be 100, I hope I live to be 100 minus 1 day, so I never have to live without you.
* Promise me you'll never forget me because if I thought you would I'd never leave.
* Some people care too much, I think it's called love.
Thank you Winnie-the-Pooh!
